Before this chapter of my life, I spent years in global finance managing ultra-high-net-worth portfolios at J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch, and later leading risk and compliance programs in FinTech. On the outside, I had the “success,” but on the inside, I felt burned out and disconnected. That’s when my awakening began — and I discovered the incredible power of frequency and sound to heal, regulate the nervous system and completely shift how we experience wealth.
Now, I bring the best of both worlds together: the precision and grounded strategy of my corporate background with the energetics of sound and embodiment practices.
