This is not linear healing. It’s a spiral — each phase building on the last, each session deepening what came before. By the time you reach Phase 6, you won’t just think differently about money. Phase 1 — Reset
Before anything can shift, you need to feel safe.
Most of us are running our businesses from a dysregulated nervous system — stuck in fight, flight or freeze that we’ve mistaken for personality. The Reset phase creates the foundational inner safety your body needs to open, receive and change. Through deep sonic immersions and nervous system regulation practices, we bring you home to yourself — perhaps for the first time in a long time.
Phase 2 — Reveal
You can’t release what you haven’t seen.
In the Reveal phase we gently surface the subconscious money stories, inherited beliefs and energetic patterns that have been quietly running the show. Phase 3 — Release
